<p>The object of this Bill is to repeal and replace the Public Service Act, Cap. 288, with a new Act that conforms and otherwise gives effect to the provisions of the Constitution relating to the Public Service and the Government’s Public Service Reform Programme; and to provide for related or incidental matters.</p>
