<p>The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of the sum of two hundred fifty four billion, two hundred twenty one million, ninety six thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2008/2009.</p>
