Overview

<p>The object of this Bill is---&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br />(a) to establish the Uganda National Health Research Organisation:<br />(b) to create a sustainable culture of Health research by providing policy and ethical guidelines and national coordination and regulation of health research;<br />(c) to bring the Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI), Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI), Tropical Diseases Research Institute (TDRI) and the National Chemotherapeutic Institute (NCRI) under the Uganda National Health Research Organisation.</p>
