<p>The object of this Bill is to provide for the supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of one thousand, nine hundred ninety three billion, seven hundred seventy nine million, two hundred eighty four thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2010/2011.</p>
