<p>The objects and principles of this Bill are to amend the Physical Planning Act, 2010, Act No.8 of 2010 to provide for the functions and powers of the Board; to establish a secretariat of the Board; to provide for the appointment of the Executive Director and staff of the Board; to streamline the composition of physical planning committees; to provide for offences and deten-ent penalties for contravention of Act and for other related matters.</p>
