<p>The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of two hundred twenty six billion, seven hundred fifty five million, six hundred sixty five thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2007/2008.</p>
